AASSP MEMBERSHIP


AASSP members are business improvement practitioners with experience in a range of transformation techniques – including lean, six sigma and process management. Our members are individuals working either in a defined transformation program or as an individual, using the tools and techniques outside of a structured deployment.

AASSP members span some of Australasia’s largest companies and industries as diverse as banking, defence, FMCG and telecommunications.

Membership of the AASSP is open to individuals working in, studying or considering working in business transformation. There is no exclusion based on membership of other organizations.

For professionals working in business transformation, membership of the AASSP will connect you with peers across the region and allow you to learn and share with like-minded individuals.

There are three types of AASSP membership:

1. Individual
An individual working in or studying business transformation, or those considering a career change into this dynamic area

2. Company
An organization with a formal, active business transformation program

3. Service Provider
Companies servicing the business process improvement community or companies looking to improve process performance (e.g. consulting firms, recruitment companies and software vendors)
To ensure AASSP events remain open sharing environments, all events have a ‘no-sell’ policy unless expressly approved by the Committee in writing and communicated clearly to members as such.
Individuals working for service providers to the transformation community (e.g. consulting companies, software vendors, recruitment firms etc) are required to have their company join as a “service provider” and they will be identified as such at all events.

What’s included in AASSP membership?

AASSP members have extensive knowledge on best practices, latest trends and research on business transformation deployment, operations and techniques. We share this knowledge through participation at events, on our members only extranet and in our regular member newsletters.

Our aim is to enable sharing of our experiences and thereby enhance the success of our members’ business transformation efforts. All AASSP members benefit from collaboration, access to the region’s leading business transformation professionals for advice and learning and the ability to benchmark all elements of improvement programs.

Access to AASSP events and resources is dependent on the type of membership.

Please Note:
The number of participants in each MasterClass is restricted to ensure everyone has an opportunity to contribute. Registrations will be accepted through the nominated registration process on a first in, first served basis.
